Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Laithan’s Honey. We carefully package every order to help ensure your honey arrives safely.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During busy seasons, special events, or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Area

Laithan’s Honey currently ships within the United States.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the order size, weight, and delivery destination.

Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery is generally 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking details after your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Damaged Packages

We package our honey carefully, but occasionally damage can occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the situation and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit or tracking shows it as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us so we can assist you with reviewing the shipment.

Warm Weather Shipping

Honey may become thinner when exposed to warm temperatures during shipping. This is normal and does not affect the quality of the honey. Allow the jar to return to room temperature before opening if it has become unusually warm during transit.
